Happy Easter

Good evening I have a quick post tonight.

I had these fun papers sitting on my desk from MTF, I love the kraft blended with the colours. I used my MTF dies to separate the panels. These colours are lighter than they appear in my photo.

I stamped and die cut the eggs and bunny then coloured them with my water colour pencils. I left them as is with not actual water colouring. I love the colours against the kraft card.

The center panel is popped up with foam tape and I stamped the sentiment directly on the bottom panel.

Supplies: White and kraft card stock, Designer Paper - MTF, Lawn Fawn-Happy Easter and Happy Everything, SSS - Stitched Die cuts.

Sweet Baby Girl

So Much Fun... A blog hop for Lesley.

Lori has organized quite the hop, along with a added parcel bonus full of goodies headed Lesley's way via Canada Post. I love that I am included in this amazing group of crafty people.

This is the card I put together for Lesley.

I love this adorable girly plaid paper it makes for such a great background. I cut it out with some stitched dies. I then heat embossed the onsie and used the coordinating die cut and popped it up with foam tape.

I added in a little heat embossed rattle and sentiment then finished with pearls and sequins.

Supplies: Pink and white card stock, Designer Paper - Carta Bella, The Stamps of Life - onsieforbaby, sequins and pearls.

Given the number of participants for this hop, Lori has set up a InLinkz linky on her blog so all of us joining in can add our cards. You can find Lori's post HERE

Does anyone remember these papers from Bo Bunny, I found a sheet in my stash. I love all the glittery turquoise snowflakes and swirls.

I added some flecks of bronze and silver shimmer with some watercolours, it only really shows on the die cut and popped up winter sentiment but it is all over the panel if you look close. I heat embossed and popped up the Happy sentiment as well.

I added in a thin brown background border as a final touch.

Supplies: Cream and brown card stock, Designer Paper - Bo Bunny, Simon Says stamps and die cuts.

The Card Concept #68

Welcome, welcome, I have a short post this morning. I spend some quality time with my craft supplies last evening. I am playing along with the current challenge over at The Card Concept.

My card went in a few different directions before it stayed its course. I am happy with the results. I loosely water coloured my flowers before die cutting them. I added a little shimmer with some Wink of Stella. I alternated with popping up the flowers and leaves to add some dimension. I tossed in a little silver twine and sequins.

I stamped the background with a light gray ink then added some ink blending using colours as close to Line and Aqua as I could. I used a thin gray border for an added layer.

Supplies: White and gray card stock, Altenew - Smile More stamps and dies, Simon Says Stamps - you Matter, silver twine, sequins.
