Breath Deeply

 Hello, crafty friends,

I have a yoga-themed birthday card to share today.

I cut a piece of designer paper and layered it with cream card stock. I did the same with the second panel, which is a designer paper with yoga poses.

I used a sentiment panel from the same pad and layered that with cream card stock in.
I added the sentiment strap with foam tape and finished the card with some clear gems.

Supplies: White and cream cardstock, Designer Paper-Jen Hadfield, Simon Says Stamp-sentiment strip, gems.

Grateful Heart

Hello, crafty friends,

I have a monochromatic card for Washi tape Wednesday today.

I started with a panel of white card stock and embossed that using an embossing folder, then layered the panel with some black card stock.

I created two square panels with washi tape, added a black card stock mat, adhered one of the panels with foam tape, and glued the other directly to the embossed panel.

I added a sentiment strip adhered with foam tape and finished the card with enamel dots.

Supplies: White and black cardstock, washi tape, Simon Says Stamp-sentiment strip, enamel dots.

Happy Halloween

Hello, crafty friends,

I have a simple Halloween card to share today.

I used a standard A2-sized card and trimmed off an inch from the right-hand side.
I added strips of designer paper vertically to fill that 1-inch gap.

For the main panel, I added a piece of designer paper so that the pattern ran horizontally. I sliced one piece off and laid it down beside the other vertically.

I added a bat, a cat sticker, and an ephemera with a sentiment adhered with foam tape.

Supplies: White cardstock, Echo Park- Designer Paper, stickers, and ephemera.

Did you know: Movie trailers originally played after the movie.

Pumpkin Pie

Hello, crafty friends. It is Washi tape Wednesday.

Creating a panel with washing tape is one of my favourite ways to build a card.

This card was created with a washi tape set that contains multiple different tapes, which I layered on a piece of white card stock.

I then added a layer of brown card stock to the panel.

I used a sentiment strip layered with brown card stock and popped up with foam tape for the sentiment.

I finished the card with some half-pearls.

Supplies: Cream and brown card stock, Washi tape, Simon Says Stamp - Sentiment strip, half pearls.

Bokeh Wishes

Hello, crafty friends; I use a Bokeh technique for my card today.

I started by buying ink and blending it on a panel of white card stock. Once it dried, I used a circle template that I created to add the Bokeh circles with white ink.

I die-cut a zigzag stacker frame and attached it with foam tape. I added a tattered leaf die cut popped up with foam tape and a sentiment strip layered with black card stock.
I finish the card with some clear drops.

Supplies: White and black card stock, Penny Black - Zigzag stackers, Simon Says Stamp - Tattered leaves and sentiment strip, dew drops.

Hello Winter

Hello, crafty friends, I have a card for Merry Monday.

I had some pretty blue paper that I wanted to use for this card, and I used simple layers as a template.

I started with a piece of designer paper and layered it with blue cardstock. I did the same with the second layer.

This paper pack came with stickers, so I added one 3-D with the bowels and flowers in the corner and the second sentiment in the centre of the second panel. I then layered that second panel with some foam tape to pop it up further.

I finished the card with some gems.

Supplies: White and blue cardstock, The Paper Studio - Designer paper, stickers and elements, gems.
