Wonderful

Hello, crafty friends, I have a pretty stained glass style card to share today.

This card was relatively easy to make. I started with a panel that is a stained glass print from Hunky Dory.

I layered that on a piece of white cardstock and another piece of black cardstock, then repeated those again to create a multi-frame effect; I adhered the panel to the card base with foam tape.

I layered a sentiment strip on black card stock and added that with some foam tape.
I finished the card with a gem.

Supplies: White and black card stock, Hunky Dory toppers, Simon Says Stamp - Sentiment strip, gems.

Did you know: That octopuses have three hearts.

Smile

Hello, crafty friends, I have a bright and fun card to share today.

I started with a designer paper with a daisy pattern and adhered it to a panel of blue cardstock.

I cut two strips of coordinating patterned paper, layered them with blue cardstock and attached them horizontally on the top and bottom of that panel.

I used a premade sentiment panel from the same paper pad and layered that with blue cardstock, and then adhered it at an angle on top of the other layers.

I finished the card by adding gems of different types and sizes of flower centers.

Supplies: white and blue card stock, designer paper, EchoPark, and gems.

Did you know: The oldest living land mammal on earth is 192-year-old tortoise named Jonathan.

Happy New Year

Hello crafty friends, Happy New Year. With the start of a new year, it is a good time to post a welcome new baby card.

This layout is very simple. I started with a piece of white card stock and then added layers of vertical designer paper till it was covered.

I trimmed the edges to clean them up, then added a layer of foam tape and adhered it to the card base.

I layered the sentiment panel with another piece of designer paper and then a piece of white card stock and popped that up with foam tape.

I added gems to the centre of the swirls on the sentiment to finish the card.

Supplies: White card stock, Designer paper - Modascrap, gems

Did you know: New Year’s has been celebrated for over 4000 years.

Happy crafting,
Nina
