Hello crafty friends, I have another clean and simple design to share for Merry Monday.

I started the card by layering a piece of patterned paper on black cardstock and foam tape, then the masterpiece image on black cardstock.
 

The sentiment strip is adhered with foam tape, and I finished the card with some micro gems.
 
Supplies: White and black cardstock, Penny Black-Masterpieces, The Ton-sentiment scrip, gems.

Merry Christmas

Hello crafty friends and welcome to a new year. I have a mixed media card to share for Merry Monday.

When I was unpacking the craft room after the renos I found a number of panels that I had made over time and decided to put one to use.

If I remember correctly, for the panel, I started with Distress sprays, I added blue and grey colours. Once that was dry I added white splatter and some snowy texture with an embossing folder. I layered that with silver then black cardstock.

I diecut a heart and used a smaller heart to removed the center. I used an embossing folder to add some texture then layered it with foam tape.

I added some silver twine, and a sentiment strip popped up with foam tape then finished the card with gems.

Supplies: White, silver and black cardstock, Distress sprays, embossing folders, Hero Arts - Infinity Hearts, The Ton - Sentiment Strip, twine, gems.
