Busy Busy Busy, need I say more.
I love this stamp, I found it when I was on the hunt for something cute for Easter. I really like how Versafine ink shows all the details with this stamp.
Supplies: Textured cream cardstock, hunter green cardstock, beige mulberry, Designer paper – Darkroom door – Rialto, Magenta – 4 birds, Prima Flowers, Misc ribbon,K & Company adhesive gems.
Have a great Tuesday.
PRETTY stamp! I love birds. Birds are big now too - and they can be for a man or woman. Is that a piece of material behind the birds? The green? I was thinking of adding material to some cards for experiment! I wonder if I can add some 'stiffner' to material, I think you can buy that?
ReplyDeleteThanks for some more great ideas and inspiration. Whoever receives this will love it!

Good Morning Nina:)
ReplyDeleteWOW!! Have you been busy since I was here last!!!:)I LOVE your cards. How pretty!I also love the bird stamp.I have noticed a lot of birdies on the blogs lately.:)
I LOVE your Valentine's Day card.I have some embossed papers too and just need a clone to do my other stuff so I can play with it.LOL I did make Christy a Bday card last month and had a lot of fun making it.She LOVED it too!:)
I really appreciate your telling us about how you did these.Especially the advice about Vellum and glue.It seems that is a big problem.Have you thought of using tiny brads to attach the vellum to the page? That is what I usually do...and you can find some really cute ones too.:)You can also stitch them to the page. You can also hand stitch them and it is easier if you punch the holes for the string first.:)Just some little things I have found out in my attempts.Hope they help some.:)
About the edges of vellum showing white. Can you use an ink pad and just do the edges?I haven't tried it yet..but it may work.:)If you do try it..please let me know!!
Have a fantastic day!!
Hugs,
Valinda
