ISPY Challenge #35

I am sneeking in a short post this evening before I drag my weary self off to bed. I started this card the other night but ended up getting busy and had to leave it on the crafttable, I could not resist finishing it off.

I love the simple sketch this week from ispy sketches.

Isn't this paper stunning, it is flocked and is all soft and velvety. I added layers of bronze shimmer and brown cardstock.  The sentiment was stamped then I used a circle punches to create an element that was popped up with foam tape and topped with an  elegant gem.  I added a little sheer ribbon before gluing it all together.

Supplies: Cream. bronze and brown cardstock, Designer Paper-KaiserCraft, The Stamps of Life-Happy2becircles, misc sheer ribbon, Recollections gems, misc punches, spellbinders die cuts.

Cheers,
Nina

  3. Hi Nina,

Your card is so elegant - another touchy touchy one which I would love to see in real life. It's a perfect example of what you've told me "the paper sometimes MAKES the card" - your finishing touches are perfect.
