Tuesday Morning Sketches #169

A super quick post today, I have been under the weather this week but I hid in my little craft space as I was suffering last night. I used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches as my inspiration.
 
 
 
I flipped the sketch, I did have a pretty autumn flower image all prepped for the circle but it would not fit the sentiment I wanted.  I ended up die cutting a butterfly, I spritzed it with Goosebumps and added glitter. I used a spellbinders die to back my sentiment.
 
I created a 3 layer button with circle punches and then added some filament twine to match the glitter. I finished by creating matching glitter dots with some glue.
 
 
Supplies: Cream, rust and mustard cardstock, Designer Paper-My Mind's Eye, Spellbinders die cut, Memory Box die cuts, misc punches, glitter and twine.

    Oh, Nina, this is gorgeous! That butterfly is so pretty, and fabulous fun button & bow you made :) Love it! I really hope you feel better soon - it's no fun making cards when you're spending half of it blowing your nose. Thanks for playing at TMS, of course :)

    I hope you feel better Sister. I could phone you and scare it out of you haha! Thats what sisters are for.

    This butterfly is so elegant - I would be tempted to put a pin on the back or include one, could be used as a brooch for the lucky recipient!
