Good Morning and Happy Monday, Lesley has a sketch for us this morning for the new Merry Monday Challenge.
I struggled a little with this card, I could not seem to string anything together. I ended up using stars and glitter paper, along with ribbon with gold in it. When you look at the card in real life they blend nicely and don't overwhelm the card. The picture did not turn out as well.
Supplies: Natural white and green cardstock, Designer Paper - unknown, ribbon, Memory Box - Cosmic star.
Stop by Lesley’s blog, Always Playing with Paper to see what the design team has created and to play along with this weeks Merry Monday .
Cheers,
Nina
I think it's a beauty on my monitor, Nina! It must be a super stunner if it's even prettier IRL!!
ReplyDeleteI like that you cut the paper to get the sentiment. Love that font.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of using stars on your card, Nina! They go perfectly with your pretty papers! :)
ReplyDeleteI can see the sparkle and I think this is beautiful, Nina! Sometimes getting the photo right is harder than making the card! Hope you have a great week!

ReplyDeleteGood morning Nina:)
ReplyDeleteI FINALLY got caught up with reading your blog and admiring your talents for making GORGEOUS cards!:)
I am feeling the itch to create again.:)
Your card turned out beautifully! One of the hardest things I have found is how to take a photo that actually looks like the card I made.:)I agree..if the card looks better than the pic..then you should be sooo happy with your creation.:)
Huge hugs my friend!
Valinda
