Seize the Sketch #4

I had a little time to create today so I tried the current Seize the Sketch Challenge.
 
 
I used lots of layers, the balloon is popped up with some foam tape and I finished with twine and sequins.
 
 
 
Supplies: Kraft and brown card stock, Designer Paper - Paper Pizaz, TPC Studio - Happy Birthday, The Stamps of Life - balloons2cut, misc punches, twine, sequins.
