Fun and Bright Birthday

My sister brought this stamp set with these large fabulous birthday greetings, I found myself inking them up over and over. 

I added a touch of colour to the flame of the candle. I used simple layers and die cut the balloons, the smallest I covered in Glossy Accents and popped it up with foam tape. I also added some foam tape to the sentiment,  I finished with a little twine.

Supplies: White card stock, Designer Paper - Echo Park, Hot off the Press - Birthday Wishes, misc die cuts, twine.
