Big Birthday Wishes

I used another quick layout for this card, why not when the papers are so fun. I popped up the sentiment with foam tape and finished with some dots.

Supplies: White and black cardstock, Designer Paper Echo Park, Birthday Bash, die cuts, polymer dots.
