The Challenge #72

Welcome to a new The Challenge, this week we have a colour challenge for you.

I added colour to watercooler paper using distress markers, I used Pearlescents watercolours to add simmer to the background. I then heat embossed the sentiment onto Vellum. I added a balloon with twine and a gem to finish.

Supplies: White card stock, Designer Paper - Vellum, Simon Says - Happy & Smile,  Paper Smooches - Balloons, gem.
