Birthday to You

I am off to enjoy the sunshine but before I do I will share this quick card. I have been making a few note sized cared lately.

I matted the DP with black card stock, stamped the sentiment and popped it up with foam tape then finished with sequins.

Supplies: White and black card stock, Designer Paper - Kaiser Craft, Verve - Birthday too you, Sequins.
