We have a new Merry Monday Christmas card challenge, Kim is our hostess and her challenge is to Add penguins to your Christmas card.

I had some designer paper that featured this cute penguin panel on it so I added two more panels in behind then finished with some gems. I popped up the top panel with foam tape to add dimension.

Emoji Farewell

I think this texting stamp set from Simon Says Stamps is so cute. I created this farewell notecard a little smaller than an A2 sized card.

I stamped and punched the faces then added layers of circles and square. The sentiment is heat embossed and popped up with foam tape. I finished with some onyx gems.

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #291

What a SWEET challenge... Okay, okay I am just a little cheesy. I used these cute papers and a simple design for my card. I added a thin layer of black cardstock behind the layers. I heat embossed the sentiment and popped it up with foam tape.

Sending Love - Artsy style

My sister is an artist, she never fails to impress me with all her talents so I know she would appreciate my attempt and with an artsy style card. She did which makes me very happy.

I saw this video on YouTube and wanted to try it, I have such a huge supply of embossing powders that are not loved enough. I think I may have to try this technique again.

I added layers of cardstock to create a frame, I heat embossed the sentiment and added a small frame to that as well.

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #290

We have a new Merry Monday Christmas card challenge, JoAnn is our hostess and her challenge is to Add bells to your Christmas card.

I used lots of layers on my card, I love this pad offered everything from the background patterns to the sentiment and the bells.

I added some foam tape behind some of the panels then finished with some woodgrain sequins.

CAS Mother Day

Good Morning, a CAS card this morning. I used some scraps from my bin for this simple and fun Mothers Day card.

I snipped off the corner then add a bit of DP from the reverse side of this double-sided paper. I stamped the sentiment and added a layer of black cardstock and popped it up with foam tape. 

I die cut the spiral flower and added it beneath the sentiment, I finished with some gems.

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #289

We have a new Merry Monday Christmas card challenge, Debbie is our hostess and her challenge is to Add a star to your Christmas card.

This holiday designer paper had stars in different designs all over it so I thought I would showcase it.

I used layers of gold and brown cardstock to create a frame. I heat embossed the sentiment in white then added a layer of gold DP and popped it up with foam tape.

Your own kind of beautiful

This paper is so soft and pretty looking, I love the delicate flowers. I used a simple layout and lots of foam to add layers. I finished with some dew drops.

I love the soft colours of this designer paper, it is from a 6x6 paper pad by Carta Bella. I used simple layers but then used foam to add dimension. I finished with some clear dew drops.

Floral Birthday

I used a quick layout for this card, with two sheets of 6x6 DP cut at an angle. I stamped the sentiment and popped it up with foam tape.

Wet my plants...

I made this little notecard pretty quickly, it is was a small sliver of scrap that I had left over. I used the print from the reverse side of the scrap for along the bottom. I added some twine popped the sentiment up with foam tape.

I love that adorable sentiment. I gave this as a give along with a small flowering plant.

Harley Birthday

This is a CAS card, I had this piece of DP as a scrap but it was perfect for this card. I added layers of grey and black cardstock and popped up the sentiment with foam tape.
