Hear the silent snow

I have a quick and easy card for today. I used a panel fro the Ciao Bella - Snow in the City paper pack. I cut the panel down a little to fit on an A2 sized card, I added layer of black cardstock in behind. 

I fuzzy cut a sentiment panel and layered that with foam tape. I finished with some clear frosted gems.

Supplies: White and black cardstock, Designer Paper - Ciao Bella, gems.
