Smile

I had fun with all the layers for this card. I stared with the dots on the bottom and added a layer of black cardstock to the layer.

 

I then did the same with the stars panel, leaving a larger black border. I then cut a panel from the design paper to lovely the bottom two panels.

Nest I cut two stops that look like film and popped them up with foam tape. I finished with a Smile die cut.
