You can do this

This was a fun tutorial I did back in June for a spinner card. I created a top fold card and used die-cits to created the oval windows. I used gold thread for the spin function. 

I added a green layer of cardstock in behind the designer paper and sentiment. I finished the card with some gold pearls.

Supplies: White and green cardstock, Designer Paper - Stampin' Up! - Forever Greenery designer Paper and stamp set, gold pearls.
