I was playing with some Mod Podge and napkins again, I have this nice little stash of panels just ready to put together cards. This pretty pattern is so bright and cheerful, I love it.
I added a layer of brown cardstock, then added some sparkle with some orange and yellow gems. I stamped the sentiment and added a little foam tape to pop it up.
Supplies: White and brown cardstock, napkin, Simon Says Stamp - Tiny Words Birthday, gems.
