Happy birthday

Hello, crafty friends, I have a birthday card to share today.

I started with a layer of patterned paper and then added a layer of black cardstock.

I die-cut the balloon from patterned paper, then added the die-cut sentiment on top, adhering the balloon with foam tape.

Supplies: White and black cardstock, Designer paper - Vickie Boutin, Paper Rose - Happy Birthday Balloon.
