There is still time to play with us :) join in the fun for the current Playing in Paradise challenge.
I could not resist creating a second card for this challenge, I have had this seagull stamp for forever and I don't even think I have inked it up before. The silly thing kept going round and round in my head.
It is a pretty basic card, a few layers, a little bit of punch use, finished with some twine and gems.
My husband, ever my supported says ' Who in the world will you give a seagull card too". I like it so I don't care :). When I look at it I hear the seagull from Nemo saying "Mine" "Mine" Mine" and my husband at odd in appropriate times ask " Where do seagulls sleep at night".
Supplies: Cream and black cardstock, Designer Paper -Authentique, Fiskars - All Year Greeting, Inkadinkado -Gull misc punches, twine and gems.
Cheers,
Nina
I can think of several people that would like a sea gull card, Nina! Love the papers too!
ReplyDeleteIgnore you husband this time! Great male card, I think! I love the DPs!!
ReplyDeleteI love it! The greys are fabulous, and love that edge punch :)
ReplyDeleteTerrific Masculine card work. I say that DH must have a birthday coming up? Keep smiling and creating.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing
This is a wonderful masculine card for someone who perhaps owns a boat and keeps it in a marina! I love the image, and especially the soft tones and background design! LOVE!
ReplyDeleteThanks too for your well wishes as we faced hurricane Sandy! We're very fortunate to have escaped damage and only suffered some minor inconvenience without power for a couple days!
Way to go, Nina! Reminds me of the seagulls who were trying to share our lunch when we were in San Francisco!
