Welcome to another challenge for Merry Monday, this week Deanne is our hostess and her challenge is to Add a Christmas tree to your card.
I love pattern papers, surprise surprise ( I actually don't think I am alone ;)). So when I have chance I will make the paper do all the work and I love this fun paper by My Mind's Eye. When I pulled this sheet of 6x6 out, there were a number of trees on it, enough to catch my eye.
Then I started creating my card, working on the design but the trees faded into the background for a few moments. When it came time to start putting it together I though to myself, where have all the trees gone... I have only one left that was visible. HA.
So I have one teeny tiny tree right in the middle.
Simple layers with a easy design. I added green matting to all the layers and popped the sentiment up.

ReplyDeleteVery fun patterned card. That tree may be little, but it's still perfect for the prompt! I really love that paper - it seems like each time I look at it I spot something else hiding in there!
