Happy B-Day

I found these fabulous papers at Micheals, I love the gold blended into the swirls of colour. I cut a panel of patterned paper and added a layer of black cardstock in behind. I die cut the frame in black then added a panel of patterned paper into the center popped up with foam tape.

I heat embossed the sentiment in white on black and popped it up with foam tape.
