Today is the day! I start ticking off those kilometres for the Make-a-Wish Trailblaze challenge.
Between May 19th and July 28th, my challenge is to walk or hike 100k or more, and my fundraising goal is $500 this year; join me by donating, sharing or even challenging yourself.
I also have a card to share.
The crafty ladies met up to play along with a polished stone technique tutorial that Crystal put together.
I did not have the proper supplies so I just had to wing it.
I pulled out some Yupo paper and alcohol inks and created this pretty background, I added a layer of black cardstock and then popped the panel up with foam tape.
I die cut the sentiment three times to give it some thickness then added a layer of foam tape as well. I finished the card with some black gems.
The photo washes out the simmer of the gold and silver but you can still see the pretty colours.
