Congratulations

I have a quick card to post this morning, I created this using patterned paper and panel from Kaisercraft.

I cut the bottom panel with stitched rectangles and then did the same with the next panel. The sentiment panel was from the same paper them Free-Spirited, I popped that up with foam tape then I added a Congratulations that is also popped up. I  finished the card with some gems

Supplies: White cardstock, Designer paper - Kaisercraft, Simon Says Stamps- Stitched Rectangles, MFT-Itty Bitty Basics, gems.
