I started with a dark green cardstock for the bottom layer that I added some texture to with a script embossing folder.
I staggered strips of patterned paper then added a die cut branch I had on my desk. The stamped sentiment is popped up with foam tape.
I popped the panel up with some foam tape on a white card base. I finished the card with some gems.
Supplies: White and green cardstock, Designer Paper - Stampin' Up!, Stampers Anonymous - Tiny Text, embossing folder, gems.
