Autumn

Hello crafty friends, I have an autumn card to share for Washi Tape Wednesday.

I started with a piece of white cardstock. I layered strips of washi tape and thin strips of brown cardstock on the panel, and then I adhered it with foam tape.

I cut the sentiment using my Cricut Joy.

Supplies: White and brown cardstock, washi tape, Cricut Joy - sentiment.

Did you know: A giraffe's heart is about 2 feet long.

Hello crafty friends, it has been a long time since I joined a card challenge. My craft room is all packed up as we are doing some renovations, I did manage to make a small corner to create a card though. 

I am joining the AAA Card Challenge it is perfect with a CAS card. I am a sucker for a good card sketch.

One of the things that was close at hand with my craft stuff was a bowl of random die cuts.  I started by picking the leaves, and the sentiment.

I chose a piece of designer paper that would work well with the die-cut piece and I adhered that vertically on my card base, turning the sketch. I overlapped the designer paper with the leaves die-cut.

I adhered the sentiment then finished the card with some black gems.

Merry Christmas

Hello crafty friends I have a holiday scene to share for Merry Monday.

I started with a layer of patterned paper then added a scene that was die-cut. I added gems to the center of each of the snowflakes.

I finished the card with a sentiment strip popped up with foam tape.

Supplies: White cardstock, Designer Paper - Simply Stated, The Ton - sentiment strip, gems.

Did you know: The bark on larger Redwood trees can be as much as two feet thick.

Happy Birthday

Hello crafty friends, I have a masculine card to share today.

I started with a piece of patterned paper, and I layered that with black cardstock.

I die cut the buck scene, then adhered that with foam tape to the panel.

I layered a sentiment strip with black cardstock. Then I finished the card with some gems.

Supplies: White and black card stock, Designer paper- Simply Stated, buck-unknown, The Ton- sentiment strip, gems.

Hello crafty friends, I have a clean and simple card to share today.

I started with a piece of patterned paper, and I layered that with black cardstock.

I die-cut a hello sentiment and adhered it directly to the panel. I finished the card with some dew drops.

Supplies: White and black card stock, Designer paper- 49th and Market, dew drops.

Did you know: Potatoes were the first vegetable grown in space.

Autumn Blessings

Hello crafty friends, I have a pretty awesome card for you today.
 
I started with a panel of Brown cardstock. I layered that with a piece of patterned paper.
 
I used a coordinating piece of paper that included the small panels, cut it up, and layered it with brown cardstock.

 
For the one in the center, I popped it up with foam tape and added a small sentiment strip along the bottom.
 
I’ve finished this card with some gems.

There is Magic

Hello crafty friends, I have a fun Halloween card to share today.

I started this card with a piece of patterned paper that I added a piece of black cardstock too and then some texture to with an embossing folder. I did the same with the strip of coordinating paper strip.

 
I used a sentiment panel from the same paper pack and added a layers of black cardstock and foam tape.

I finished the card with some gems.

Choose Happiness

Hello crafty fiends, I have a card to share for Washi Tape Wednesday.

I started by laying some washi tape on a panel of white cardstock and layered that with foam tape. I added a panel from a coordinating paper pack and popped it up with foam tape.

I finished the card with some gems and a sentiment strip popped up with foam tape.

Supplies: White cardstock, Designer Paper and Washi tape - 49th and Market, gems.

Did you know: It takes around 3,000 cows to supply enough leather for a full season's worth of NFL footballs.
