Another week, another wonderful Mojo Monday. To all you circle card diva’s I salute you, this was a difficult card for me to piece together. I started with scalloped design created by my sister Barb Derksen to create the card shape using Sure Cuts A Lot software and my Cricut, I love that software more each time I use it.

This is the sketch.
This is my card.

I used my Dill Blossom designer paper, I love it but truthfully it was sitting on the craft table and well it worked :). I added some small extras like using my Cuttlebug to emboss the green strip and thin iridescent twine on the ribbon to add a little glitz.

Supplies: Cream card stock, Designer Paper-S.E.I, The stamps of Life-flowers2share, Cuttlebug- Leafy branch embossing folder, multiple Stampin’ Up! circle punches, Spellbinders-Lacey Squares, misc ribbon and twine, Kaisercraft pearls.

Cheers,
Nina

  1. Holey moley Sis, I've missed out on a FEW cards of yours. Do you still love me after all.

It was a delightful challenge for me to create the template for your nifty little cutter machine. I will take it out in blood *snort* kidding specially as most of my supplies and techniques you've taught me. I better just behave here.

Your card is so sweet - I love the dill blossom paper - save me a lil corner? Your card has a soft and natural feel - and I especially love the LARGE scallops atop the strip of green which mimic the outside nicely.

Now watch a wind does not come up and make it roll away haha!

    Love ya,
    Sis
