Playing in Paradise #48

Happy Friday Everyone - I am having a fabulous crafting week, how about you? It is my very first post as a Design Team member for Playing in Paradise, I am so excited to be creating with these very talented ladies.

I usually will struggle with this shape of card but I was pleasantly surprised when this one came together right away. The sentiment is simply stamped on DP then the panel is popped up with foam tape. The flower is 4 layers, lightly edged with brown ink. I added texture to the base layer with an embossing folder.

Supples: Natural white and brown cardstock, Designer Paper-Authentique, Paper Inspirations-Birthday Calligraphy, Marvy flower punches, misc ribbon, Kaisercraft pearls, embossing folders

Please stop by the Design Team blogs to see all the wonderful creations.

Cheers,
Nina

  9. Beautiful card! The colours are wonderful, but I especially like how you stamped "Birthday" vertically and the the other text right next to it as is normal. Great visual interest and balance.
