Muse Challenge #45

I though I would join in the fun for the current Muse Challenge.  I love the large snowflake Lucy used as the focal point for her card, and that is what I used on my card as well.

I used a die cut to for the snowflake then embossed the panel, I added a piece of scrap designer paper in behind. I then stamped the sentiment and added some gold twine and a star button with a gold gem. I even added a little ink to the edges.

You can see Lucy's card that used as my Muse: HERE

Supplies: Cream, brown and craft card stock, Designer Paper - Unknown, Verve - Bright Spirits, Memory Box die cut, embossing folder,  twine, gem.

I have been encouraged to also join in the fun over as Festive Friday too so I will head over there and link up, another challenge to look forward in the new year :).

Cheers,
Nina

  1. Hi Nina. Love the colors you've used for this card. It gives it a vintage feel. Pretty polka-dot paper for the snowflake aperture mimics the polka-dot embossing - great design. Love the angled twine and brad accent. Loll xx
