I printed off this pretty flower and coloured it with my water colour pencils then covered it with some crystal effects. The center has a little sparkle with a layer of clear star Gelly Roller. I added some design elements and finished with a popped up sentiment and some sequins.
Supplies: White and brown card stock, Designer Paper- Simple Stories, Bugaboo Digital Stamps - Dollar Flower, misc die cuts, sequins.
