This is a clean and simple card for a little one's first birthday,
I used stitched rectangles to die cut the panels. I simply stamped the greeting the little elephant. I used some Zig markers to add some colour and I double layer the balloon and popped the second layer up with foam tape. I added a layer of shimmer to all the balloon and party hat.
Supplies: White cardstock, misc designer paper, Simon Says Stamp - Birthday Celebration, Simon Says Stamp - Stitched Rectangles.
