Almost a month ago I stopped in at a craft store on the way to the Retreat I attended in Feb. In the bargain bin, I found this Graphic 45 designer paper. I was interested in the monochrome sentiment panels but the other paper in the pack surprised me.
I used a simple layer out for the card, each layer is backed by black cardstock to add a frame. The top panel is popped up with foam tape and I finished with some clear gems.
