I used an easy layer for this card, each panel is layered with black cardstock. I added an extra layer of patterned paper to the sentiment as well as foam tape pop it up. I finished with some clear gems.
Supplies: White and black cardstock, Designer Paper - Echo Park, Simon Says Stamp - Clean Line Everday, gems.
