Good Morning; this card was created using the block stamping technique. I used three distress colours on my block and added some misted water.
I stamped the silhouette image of the flower and the sentiment, and finally, some gems.
I finished the card by adding a layer of black cardstock and popping the panel up with foam tape on the card base.
Supplies: White and black cardstock, Penny Black - Delicate silhouettes, Distress Inks, gems
